Danielle Stewart is Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Care Group, a position she has held since December 2025.

Danielle leads Learning Care Group’s talent, development, culture, and engagement strategy, ensuring the organization is an employer of choice for our most important asset – Our People.

With more than 19 years of HR leadership at nationally recognized retail and consumer brands, Danielle has deep expertise in organizational and talent development and is passionate about creating a culture and workplace experience where employees can thrive.

Prior to LCG, Danielle served as Chief People Officer at Kendra Scott where she led Human Resources functions across the brand’s retail operations, corporate teams, and supply chain organizations, providing instrumental leadership in improving workplace engagement and employee satisfaction. She has also held Human Resources leadership roles at Michaels, Claires, and Total Wine & More.

Danielle holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
